Brendan Anderton knows the craft of Butchery as well as anyone. Having started as an apprentice butcher at the age of 15, he has worked in the trade ever since. Anderton’s started in 1972. It is now ran by Brenden’s son’s Roger & Austin who have been in and around the business since they were born.  Roger Anderton is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Butchers and a sworn citizen of London. He became the youngest ever Freeman of the City of London in November 2018 – for his services to butchery.

Anderton’s has always been about the quality of their produce and known for going the extra mile for their customers. We are proud to offer their produce on Butlers Larder.
