Ann Forshaw is a legendary yogurt maker who painstakingly manages every element of the process from milking their own cows (something they have done since 1966) to the creation of each and every yoghurt. 100% of the milk that goes into Ann Forshaw’s yogurts comes directly from their farm, which is now run by Ann’s son, Stephen and his two sons, Stuart & Andrew. The milk is pumped directly into our yogurt dairy (zero food miles) with the milk sometimes only being a few hours old when it is used.
